Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans renew automatically and you can stop the renewal at any time from your subscription page; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
How does the yearly plan work?
It is paid once, up front, for less than 12 monthly payments; each plan shows exactly what you save in your currency. In Saudi Arabia and the UAE you can split it with Tamara; the plan activates as soon as the first instalment is approved.
Do prices include tax?
Yes. In Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE prices are shown in local currency with VAT included, and you receive a tax invoice for every payment.
What happens when I reach a plan limit?
You see a clear message with the limit and what you have used, and you can upgrade or buy an add-on. Service is never cut off abruptly and your data is never deleted.
What is the difference between a recruiter plan and a company plan?
The number of users. A recruiter plan is for one user in a personal workspace; no members can be added. Company plans are for a team of users with roles and permissions in a shared workspace, and can carry the Verified company badge after verification. Companies cannot subscribe to recruiter plans.
Are my jobs published immediately?
Jobs from verified companies go live at once. Otherwise a job passes a quick review by the Nagm team before it appears on the board.
