1. Your account
You need an account to use most of Nagm. Keep your details accurate and your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- One email address is one account. A company registers with its own business email.
- Tell us at support@nagm.io straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
2. Account types
Nagm has three kinds of account, and each comes with its own responsibilities.
- Job seekers build a profile and CV, use the career tools and apply to jobs.
- Independent recruiters hire on their own, in a personal workspace. Nagm reviews their job posts before they go live.
- Companies register their organisation and upload their commercial registration and tax card. Nagm may approve or refuse a company, and may ask for more documents. Team members join a company by invitation, with the role the company gives them.
3. Using Nagm properly
You agree not to:
- post jobs that do not exist, mislead candidates, or ask candidates to pay to apply or to be hired;
- discriminate unlawfully against candidates;
- use candidate information for anything other than recruiting for the job they applied to, or copy it out of Nagm in bulk;
- scrape, overload, probe or break the security of Nagm, or use it to send spam;
- upload content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or contains malware.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you add to Nagm: your profile, CVs, job posts, notes and documents. You give Nagm the permission it needs to host, process, display and share that content in order to run the service you use, including sending your application to the company you apply to and analysing it with the AI features you choose to use.
You are responsible for having the right to share what you upload.
5. AI features
Nagm uses AI to help write and analyse CVs, compare a profile with a job, draft job posts and practise interviews. Its results are suggestions, may be incomplete or wrong, and do not replace your own judgement. Hiring decisions are always made by the employer, not by Nagm.
6. Paid plans and billing
Some features need a paid plan. The plan page shows what each plan includes and its price before you pay.
- Prices are in your country's currency and include VAT. Once you have paid, your account keeps your country's prices.
- Monthly plans renew automatically on the saved card until you cancel. Yearly plans are paid once a year.
- You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and then returns to the free plan.
- If a renewal cannot be charged, you have 3 days to pay before the plan ends.
- Changing plan in the middle of a period credits the unused time of your current plan against the new one.
- Card payments are processed by Paymob, and instalments by Tamara under its own terms. Nagm never sees or stores your full card number.
- Payments are not refundable except where the law requires it, or where Nagm agrees to a refund (for example, a duplicate or mistaken charge). Write to support@nagm.io about a charge.
7. Suspending or closing an account
You can close your account from your account settings, or by writing to us. Nagm may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or is used fraudulently. Where it is fair and lawful, we will tell you why.
8. Our responsibility
Nagm is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that any application will lead to a job or any job post to a hire.
As far as the law allows, Nagm is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid Nagm in the 12 months before it.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Nagm after that means you accept the new terms.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without limiting any rights the law of your own country gives you as a consumer.
